POCKETJOBS PILOT · SEPTEMBER 2026

Community Safety Guidelines

A good local job should feel clear, respectful, and safe from the first message to the final review.

For hosts

Post a clear scope, honest price, and realistic timing. Be present or reachable for the work. Do not ask someone to use unsafe equipment, enter a home, handle hazards, or do work outside the agreed job.

For earners

Only accept work you can complete safely. Ask questions before confirming. Do not bring another person, enter a home, change the price, or take on extra work without clear agreement.

When something is not right

Trust your instincts. Leave or pause the work if the job changes, someone behaves inappropriately, or a condition feels unsafe. Report the issue in your PocketJobs account. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
