POCKETJOBS PILOT · SEPTEMBER 2026

Privacy Notice

We collect only what PocketJobs needs to operate accounts, coordinate jobs, and run the pilot safely.

What we collect

Your account details, contact information, private date of birth, city and postal code, job information, messages, reviews, and voluntary profile photo. Date of birth is used only to apply PocketJobs’ minimum age and support payout onboarding; it is never displayed to other users.

How we use it

We use this information to create your account, show relevant jobs, coordinate an accepted job, maintain safety records, and improve the pilot. If you choose to earn through PocketJobs, Stripe separately collects the financial and identity information it needs to set up payouts.

What others can see

Job listings show the full postal code but not a street address or house number. Exact job details are shared only after both people confirm a job. Private skill reflections remain visible only to the earner. Hosts and earners do not see one another’s birth dates, banking information, identity documents, or Stripe verification details.

Keeping information

We retain account and pilot records only as long as needed for the pilot, safety follow-up, and applicable obligations. You can ask PocketJobs about your account information through the pilot coordinator.

Please do not place sensitive health, financial, identity, or access information in a job description or message.
